Once I ship your order, I unfortunately cannot control how long it takes to arrive at your home, especially due to how overwhelmed the post offices are during the ongoing pandemic. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that orders will reach you by a specific date/holiday.
All orders will receive a tracking number. If your order has not arrived after an extended amount of time and seems lost somewhere within the post office system, please contact the USPS.
If you receive your order and there is damage to it, please reach out to me and we can discuss the best course of action (whether that be a refund, or store credit equal to the cost of that item). You must reach out to me within 30 days if you are requesting a refund or store credit.
You may not request a refund/store credit for an item that is lost, stolen, or damaged once it is in your possession.
